Messages Section: Managing Your Email Responses
The Messages section in LaunchMailbox is your central hub for monitoring and managing all incoming replies to your email campaigns. This guide will walk you through how to effectively use this feature to track and manage your email responses.
Accessing the Messages Section
- Look for the "Messages" link in the left navigation panel
- You'll notice a counter next to the link showing the total number of emails received
- Click on the link to access the message management screen

Understanding the Interface
The Messages section is divided into two main areas:

- Click on any email in the left panel list
- The full message content will appear in the right panel
- You can scroll through the message if it's longer than the viewing area

- Find the search bar at the top of the messages list
- Type your search terms
- Results will automatically filter as you type
- The search looks through:
- Subject lines
- Email content
- Sender information
- Date information
